Chilly Water Design-Build

After watching WTG build a home for their neighbors, this couple contacted WTG to design-build their retirement home. Well vested in the planning process, the couple prepared an in-depth project notebook of ideas, samples, and information. We collaborated for a year and a half on this design-build project, which resulted in a functional, modern design with detailed craftsmanship. Now, these owners can kick up their feet and enjoy the view.
